Aircraft Corrosion Prevention Services, JB CHS, SC
1. You have been identified as a reference point of contact for past and/or present performance evaluation of the firm listed on the attached questionnaire form. This firm is currently interested in providing a proposal for C-17 Aircraft Corrosion Prevention Services at Joint Base Charleston, SC.
2. Please complete the attached survey questionnaire and return it no later than 30 Jul 14. Please e-mail the survey back to Mr. Stanley Farr (Stanley.farr@us.af.mil) and cc Mr. Donald Knight (Donald.knight.4@us.af.mil).
