Questions & Answers
1. Clarification on 1.2.2 in the Statement of Work regarding “repairs, repainting or touch up painting”. Do you want all the lines on the basketball court touched up with paint? The only lines to be painted are those that are faded and need to be repainted. On one of the logos there is a gouge, and it will need to be sanded filled and touched up. Most lines are good, however some of the volleyball, logo and basketball lines will need to be touched up.
2. Do you want the floors and the walls painted? As stated in the SOW, the basketball court is what we are focusing on. No walls are included in this job.
3. What colors are the lines on the basketball court that need to be touched up with paint?
Volleyball lines are a light tan, basketball lines are red and black. The logos have yellow, black, grey, and red.
4. Where will we be able to hoist in equipment? Equipment can be hoisted through the basketball court as it will be closed during the time of repair.
5. If there are pieces of wood chipped or broken on the floor, are we able to replace the wood and repair it for an extra fee? As stated in the SOW, 1.2.2, removal of deep gouges, scratches in floor from bleachers, repaint and touch up painting. Your quote should include all repairs.
6. Are you able to provide some pictures of the basketball court? Yes, see below.
