1. Are Scaled Drawings available, if so please post. See attachment

2. Are Ceilings Suspended? Or Hard Lid? Suspended

3. Are there existing Cable Trays for wiring above ceilings? Yes

4. Can Existing Wiring be utilized? Yes

5. Is a “UPS” required? If so, What Time/Power Duration is required? UPS required for Bldg 90063 with 2 hr duration. Bldg 90005 has backup power already

6. Are “Or Equal” Equipment substitutions allowed? Yes

7. Is “Plenum Wire” acceptable? Yes

8. Is “After Hours Access” for said work, available to contractor at no additional cost to the

Government? Possible. Would have to coordinate with us on requested hours

9. What is the height of Exterior Cameras? (If any) None yet

10. Please provide/post other “Q & A” requests. Unable to answer question

11. Please provide a list of equipment to be installed. Please refer to the statement of work

12. Are there pipe chases between floors? No

13. What is the range of the budget for this project, and is it already appropriated? Due to this being a service requirement, a range is not given.

14. Because of the high cost of the parts can we bill when parts arrive on site, or in the alternative are progress payments allowed? Progress payments are not allowed.

15. How many feet of new wire will have to be run? Unknown

16. What kind of cipher lock and quantities are required e.g. X-10 Cypher locks are already installed

17. What is the total number of readers that will be connected to this active control system? 19

18. Will Base Comm provide the network from Bldg 90063 to Bldg 90005 for the connection required to control the ACS System from one workstation? Yes
