Statement Of Work

Access Control System Conduit Installation, Setup, Programming, Training

DESCRIPTION OF SERVICES.

- CONTRACTOR WILL PROVIDE:

- All necessary supervision, labor, tools, equipment, supplies, badge printer (which uses CAC to obtain picture), badge printer ribbon, badge printer cards (500), badge printer cleaning kit, computer, monitor, server, badge (card) readers if necessary and other items required to install, test, and train customer on Access Control System.

- Access Control System that can program and print badges identical to the 505 CCW current badges

- Access Control System must be able to support 20+ card readers

- Access Control System must be able to control access to bldg. 90005 and bldg. 90063 with the actual access control server/computer/printer provided by contractor to be installed in bldg. 90005 room 1

- Data transfer from 505 CCW Wing Access Control system to new system installed

- All work shall be completed to meet requirements of the Statement Of Work (SOW)

- All conduit and junction boxes if needed. (The conduit will contain pull string).

- For each area with open ceilings or drop ceilings, a junction box will be placed above each door, conduit will be run from the junction box above each door to each access control implement.

- Use ¾” conduit from junction boxes to the reader units with access points provided at each bend if needed.

- All cable from junction boxes to the reader units will be installed by the Access Control Contractor (this may be accomplished either above drop ceilings or in cable trays.

- Contractor will provide sufficient end user and system administration training to ensure correct system operation.

- Contractor will provide all generic programming of time zones, holidays, etc.

- The access control system installation contractor will supply and install the access control software on a PC provided by the contractor

COLLATERAL SUPPORT.

The Government (505 CTS) shall provide the following.

- 505 CTS will accomplish all new employee data entry

- 505 CTS will accomplish mass re-issue of access control badges

- All 3rd party software to be supplied and installed by 505 CTS

GENERAL INFORMATION

CONTRACT PERSONNEL

-The contractor must validate that the employees assigned to this requirement are certified to work on and possess the required experience to work on/install equipment listed in this SOW

CONTRACT MANAGER

-The contractor shall provide a contract manager who shall be responsible for the performance of the work. The name of this person and an alternate shall be designated in writing to the contract office prior to the contract start date. The contract manager shall have full authority to act for the contractor on all matters relating to daily operation of this contract.

BASE ACCESS

-The contractor shall obtain base identification and vehicle passes, if required, for all contractor personnel who make frequent visits to or preform work on the Air force installation. During performance of the contract, the contractor shall be responsible for obtaining required identification for newly assigned personnel and for prompt return of credentials and vehicle passes for any employee who no longer requires access to the work site.

TRAFFIC LAWS

-The contractor and employees shall comply with base traffic regulations.

WEAPONS, FIREARMS, AMMUNITION

-The contractor employees are prohibited from possessing weapons, firearms or ammunition within the contractor vehicle or privately owned vehicle while on Government installation.

RE-PERFORMANCE OF SERVICE

-When service performed does not conform to contract requirements, the contractor shall perform or re-perform the service in conformity with contract specifications at no additional cost to the government

PHYSICAL SECURITY

-The contractor shall ensure no government-owned or personal property is damaged during any service provided under the contract. The contractor will be responsible for the repair or replacement of any government property by the contractor at no expense to the government.
