RESPONSE: Each potential offeror must request their quote from SSI, the price they offer should be the same depending on the work each offeror is requesting from them.

QUESTION 2: Is SSI's quote going to be published for all to see (full disclosure)?

RESPONSE: No, each potential offeror is responsible for requesting a quote from SSI.

QUESTION 3: Is SSI capable of bonding?

RESPONSE: Yes, they currently have a contract with the Government which requires bonding.

QUESTION 4: The entire CLIN1 is SSI work, how will the set aside contractor perform 15% of the work?

RESPONSE: FAR Clause 52.219.29 requires 15% of the COST of the contract with its own employees not the work. So it is possible for an EDWOSB to meet this requirement.

RESPONSE: Each contractor needs to coordinate his proposal with SSI to determine their approach.
