About this file

This document is a Statement of Requirements for the Air Force Wargame Indo-Pacific Commercial Quality Board Games. The Squadron Officer School requires 170 copies of the board game to incorporate into the new SOS 2.0 curriculum, with the goal of teaching Air Force Captains fundamental wargaming principles at tactical and operational levels. The technical specifications mandate production-quality game sets comparable to commercial Hasbro board games, with specific components including color-printed card cases, 4-sided dice in red and blue, colored cylinders, wooden damage markers, and printed instructions.

The document indicates the requirement stems from a need to enhance Captains' understanding of wargaming concepts, enabling them to develop more sophisticated wargames for real-world scenarios. Game materials and additional details are available on an intelshare website requiring Common Access Card (CAC) authentication. The delivery address is specified as ATTN: Major Lindsey Hale, 125 Chennault Cir, Bldg. 1403, Maxwell AFB, AL 36112, with contact information provided for further inquiries at lindsey.hale@us.af.mil.
