Q1. The PWS requests that all manufacturer warranties are to be submitted, but it is not clear if those need to be sent now or at a later date.

A1. Warranties should be submitted after the AU booth is built.

Q2. Will the vendors need to manage the third-party services for the booth including: internet, electrical, rigging, material handling, and carpet and furniture rental?

A2. The vendors are responsible for all items in the PWS. The contractor may be responsible for some elements, but internet and electrical should be available at site.

Q3. Is the sitting area mentioned in the PWS (2.2.5.6) a presentation area with one person potentially speaking to many people or is this 3-4 separate sitting areas (tables, chairs, and/or lounge furniture) which can be close or far in proximity.

A3. Yes. The sitting area is a presentation area with one person speaking and sitting area for maybe 5-10 chairs
