About this file
This document is an Addendum 52.212-2 for Evaluation of Commercial Products and Commercial Services, dated 2 Sep 25. The government will award a contract to the responsible offeror whose offer is most advantageous, considering two primary evaluation factors: technical capability and price. Technical capability will be assessed on an acceptable/unacceptable basis, with only technically acceptable offers considered for award. Among those offers, the contract will be awarded to the offeror with the lowest evaluated price.
The evaluation process requires offerors to demonstrate their ability to meet or exceed the requirements outlined in the Statement of Work. Price will be evaluated for reasonableness and realism, with the government considering the total evaluated price. The government reserves the right to conduct discussions if deemed necessary, and a written notice of award emailed to the successful offeror within the specified acceptance time will result in a binding contract without further action by either party.
