About this file
This document is a Request for Information (RFI) related to Solicitation Number FA302224R0012, titled "B267 Expand Hazardous Waste Facility." The RFI provides responses to three questions regarding the construction project, including clarification that the existing fire sprinkler system is a dry pipe system and that a 1-inch drain pipe issue needs to be addressed.
The related federal contract opportunity is for the expansion of the hazardous waste storage facility, which includes site work, foundation, block walls, roofing, a new rolling door, explosion-proof electrical equipment, and fire protection piping and sprinklers. The government is offering a site visit on September 10, 2024, which is highly encouraged but not mandatory. All RFIs must be submitted by 12:00 PM CST on September 12, 2024. The magnitude of the procurement is between $250,000 and $500,000. Contractors must complete CUI training and sign the acknowledgment form to gain access to the drawings and other associated documents on SAM.gov.
