Questions & Answers RFQ FA302224Q0363
1. How do you want the proposals sent? By email, or a portal, or Fed-Ex'd?
Answer- Please see solicitation for instructions on how to submit the proposal.
2. Any other items you require in the trailer, like TV's, PA/Sound system, restroom, graphics and wrapping, built-in workstations, exam tables, other specialized equipment, refrigerator (lab), stericycle need safety bins, windows, 1 or 2 exterior doors. Any private o ice, curtains? satelite, wi-fi system, camera system?
Answer-
Physical therapy room:
Armedica AM-SX3500 Treatment Table built in worksta on (with mounted storage cabinets) exam room stool portable sink with hot water heater built in portable water tanks for fresh and grey water
Mental health room:
built in worksta on (with mounted storage cabinets) wipeable desk chair 2 wipeable pa ent chairs
3. Would a built-in, non-mobile sink with a hot water heater be an acceptable replacement for the portable sink?
Answer- A built in sink is fine if it doesn’t require an RV hookup or external plumbing
4. Would a trailer that meets all the specified requirements but exceeds the size limit slightly (29 feet) be acceptable?
Answer- No more than 14,000 GVWR, no more than 25’
5. What is the estimated delivery timeline following the award of the contract?
Answer- As soon as possible
6. Will the medical mobile trailer be a gooseneck or bumper pull trailer? If it is a gooseneck, it is much easier to install the generator and electrical package.
