Combined Synopsis Solicitation:

Denial Barrier Service

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation;

submissions are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.

(ii) The Solicitation Number is: FA3022-18-R-0031

(iii) The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through the following:

(vi) Description of the Requirement:

The contractor shall furnish all labor, supervision, tools, equipment, transportation, material and incidentals necessary to provide quarterly inspection, maintenance and emergency and non-emergency repairs of the Delta Scientific Active Vehicle Barrier Systems located at the Main and South gates on Columbus AFB MS (CAFB), in accordance with (IAW) the most up-to-date Delta Scientific DSC-2000 Vehicle Barrier Instruction Manual. All monthly service intervals as described in the manual, shall be completed quarterly for the purposes of this Performance Work Statement (PWS). The Contractor shall not perform inherently governmental functions as defined in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 7.5, Inherently Governmental Functions, in relationship to this PWS.
