About this file
This is a Questions and Answers document for federal contract opportunity FA302026Q0025 concerning the procurement of a Polaris RANGER Crew XP 1000 vehicle for Sheppard Air Force Base, Texas.
The document addresses four key clarifications regarding the vehicle specification and requirements. The delivery address is Building 1402, 231 9th Avenue, Sheppard AFB, TX 76311. Hard doors with door-mounted sideview mirrors (PN 2889241) are confirmed as a requirement. For the plow system, the government specified that the hydraulic lift system—rather than a winch method—will be used to raise and lower the blade, and part number 2884159 should not be included in quotes. The standard Polaris factory warranty is acceptable, and no extended warranty coverage is required for this procurement.
