About this file
This document is an Amendment #1 containing Questions and Answers related to a chair procurement solicitation. The Q&A clarifies several key logistics and delivery details: the vendor will not be responsible for unloading chairs from the shipping truck, unpacking chairs, removing packaging, or setting up chairs. Chairs will be delivered to a warehouse, and the government will handle offloading and final placement. Base access will be required, with additional details available in the Statement of Work attachment. Regarding chair specifications, the government expressed a preference for chairs with replaceable fabric, though both replaceable and non-replaceable fabric options will be considered in the evaluation.
