About this file

Attachment 3 details specifications for flip-top tables to be procured, requiring 33 total tables in two sizes: 30 tables measuring 60" x 24" and 3 tables measuring 72" x 24". The required features include vertical position flip-top functionality for nesting, one-person operation of the flip-action lever, locking carpet casters, wood tabletops in Heritage Oak or Walnut-like colors, steel frames in black or white, and power grommets containing 120V, USB-C, and USB-A ports.

Optional but desirable features include modesty panel attachment, ganging brackets for side-by-side table configuration, and a 15-year warranty. The document specifies "UPLIFT Desk or Equal" as the product benchmark, with example images showing white-framed tables with wood-toned surfaces and built-in power grommets. The attachment provides detailed guidance for potential vendors to understand the precise table specifications for this procurement.
