About this file
This document is an amendment to the FY25 Triple Rinse Storage Tank Cleaning Services Solicitation Questions and Answers, providing critical clarifications for potential contractors. The document addresses four key questions: (1) confirming there is no current incumbent, with the previous contract (FA302020P0097) awarded to Environmental Compliance Consultants, Inc for $9,962.00 in September 2020; (2) clarifying that the Government will provide containers and the contractor does not need to include container costs; (3) specifying that the contractor is not responsible for container delivery but will transport containers to designated locations per the Performance Work Statement (PWS); and (4) detailing tank entry point diameters (3.25" for the 1800-gallon tank and 4" for all other tanks). These amendments provide essential operational details for potential bidders on this U.S. Air Force contract for cleaning and triple-rinsing six above-ground storage tanks at Sheppard AFB.
