Attachment 4- Question and Answer
RFQ # FA302025Q0045
Q: Will this be mounted on an external corner?
A: It will be mounted on an external corner.
Q: Could you confirm the ceiling type along the Cat6 cabling pathway (e.g., drop ceiling, sheetrock, or open ceiling)?
A: Sheet Rock
Q: Specifically, what is the ceiling type in the hallway and any office areas along the route?
A: The ceiling type is sheet rock. The ceiling in the offices and server room is the tiles.
Q: At what height would you prefer the exterior panoramic camera (Axis P3737-PLE or equal) to be mounted on the corner?
A: I do not have a preference; I just want it mounted on the corner of the building that way we can maximize the area being monitored.
Q: Will the camera server be installed in a server room or IT closet?
A: It will be installed in our server room not the comm closet.
Q: Is there an available network switch port near the server’s installation point to connect to the base network?
A: Yes
Q: Can you confirm whether excess cabling is acceptable?
A: I do not have an issue with excess cabling. I do not see that being a problem if it is not in the way of anything.
