The solicitation seeks procurement of Cobra PX650-BCH6 radios, requiring 80 complete six-pack units (480 individual radios total) along with corresponding bulk charging docks capable of holding six radios each. Each kit must include six radios, one six-unit bulk charging dock, and all standard manufacturer-supplied accessories. Identification of the manufacturer part number is sufficient to establish technical acceptability; a manufacturer data sheet should accompany the quotation. Standard commercial packaging and markings are acceptable; RFID, IUID/UID marking, and MIL-STD-129 markings are not required. Standard manufacturer warranty satisfies government requirements. Country of origin identification should be provided if available, as DFARS 252.225-7000 was omitted from the original solicitation but included in Amendment 0001. Unique identification marking for items is not required. The procurement is treated as commercial off-the-shelf (COTS) equipment.
