FA301626Q0181 Amendment 0003 - B2000 Office Furniture

This document is a Questions and Answers record for a federal office furniture procurement solicitation (FA301626Q0181, Amendment 0003). The Q&A addresses seven inquiries from contractors regarding furniture specifications and installation requirements across three rooms (311D, 321, and 325). The government clarified requirements for chair specifications, logo customization, furniture removal and disposal responsibilities, workstation quantities, and task chair inclusions.

Key clarifications include: Room 311D requires a chair similar to the Headliner High Back chair from Indiana and does not require a logo on the glass marker board; Room 321's existing temporary furniture will be removed by the government facility manager at no contractor cost; Room 325 requires contractors to remove and dispose of existing furniture at their expense, relocate three workstations from Room 311D, add three matching/similar new workstations for a total of six units, and include task chairs for all new workstations. The government also confirmed that a discontinued fabric panel can be substituted with a comparable alternative that may not be an exact color match. The SOW has been updated to reflect the corrected workstation quantities and requirements for Room 325.

Yes, that is acceptable
