Questions and Answers for RFQ# FA301619U0226
1. Does the government already own and have the Beaverfit Medina Outdoor Training equipment as referenced in section 12? As the SOW is written, it sounds like the government has already purchased this equipment and is only looking for a contractor to do the set up per project scope.
The SOW has been rewritten to clarify that the contractor needs to provide the BeaverFit lockers with pertaining workout equipment and sun shade (or equal) as part of RFQ.
2. What is the value of the equipment being set up for insurance purposes? It is the contractor’s responsibility to research the value of equipment.
3. Please provide the details/schematics for the product? We do not have details or schematics. It is the contractor’s responsibility to submit along with RFQ.
4. Please provide the detailed set up instructions. We do not have detailed instructions for the items needed.
5. Please provide a photo/schematics for the 50’L x 40’W SunPro Structure: Engineered to IBC standards and rated to meet UFC 3-301-01 requirements for a 115mph wind load (Risk Cat II), 5psf Ground Snow Load. It is the contractor’s responsibility to research the SunPro Structure (or equal) and provide photos with schematics as part of RFQ.
