FA3016-18-U-0318 Site Visit Minutes
1345 Arrived at Valley High visitor center to escort contractors
One contractor was present.
Began our commute to Lackland’s CE yard
1350 Arrived at CE Building and waited for end user to arrive.
1400 End user arrived and we were escorted to yard.
Viewed AC units that refrigerant is to be recovered from
Discussed how to recovered/certify tanks
Chillers will be recovered on-site
Oil shall be disposed of
Tanks can be taken and brought back but must be same tanks since serial numbers are tracked in government system.
Contract took pictures of units
1408 Contractor took pictures of units.
1416 Left year to go to the Medina Refrigerant Shop
1427 Arrived at Medina Refrigerant Shop
All recycled refrigerant must be returned to the Air Force; if the refrigerant cannot be returned, it must state why in the report.
Recycled refrigerant will be delivered to Lackland
1446 Site visit concluded.
