Attachment 2 Collaboration Room diagram.pptx

The document provided appears to be an attachment, specifically a diagram, related to the federal contract opportunity for a Weather Collaboration Room.

The federal contract opportunity is a solicitation issued by the Department of the Air Force Air Education and Training Command for the provision of technology and installation services to turn a room into a collaborative space. The key requirements include the ability for multiple users to interface with room displays and use video and audio conferencing capabilities. The Government is providing a podium and seven 75-inch wall-mounted TVs, and the Contractor is expected to provide video cameras and microphones to enable small group activities in person or virtually.
