STATEMENT OF WORK
FOR
VIDEO SECURITY SYSTEM EQUIPMENT REPAIR
JB ANDREWS DORMITORY CAMPUS
1. DESCRIPTION OF SERVICES. Contractor shall provide all personnel, labor, equipment, materials and other items or services necessary to perform all operations in connection with upgrade, repair and installation to the JB Andrews UH Campus Video Security System Equipment. This Statement of Work (SOW) addresses the tasks listed below with no other work unless it is required to make the system operable. Ensure the system components are operable and comply with acceptable industry practices such as The Security Industry Association (SIA) technical standards or other nationally recognized professional association for the video security product installation and maintenance industry.
1.1 TASK LIST
1.1.1 Building 1624
1.1.1.1 Relocate Camera #1 to location #45 label and document wiring
1.1.1.2 Install 180 degree camera at location 44 label and document wiring
1.1.1.3 Relocate Camera #3 to location #46 and replace with a 180 degree camera label and document wiring
1.1.1.4 Replace Camera #4 with a 180 degree camera label and document wiring
1.1.1.5 Relocate Camera #22 to location #53 and replace with a 180 degree camera label and document wiring
1.1.1.6 Program all cameras IP addresses into system and perform complete network scan and reprogram
1.1.2 Building 1631
1.1.2.1 Replace camera in location #2 with a 180 degree camera label and document wiring
1.1.2.2 Replace camera in location #3 with a 180 degree camera label and document wiring
1.1.2.3 Reprogram all cameras IP addresses into system; name cameras and complete network scan to insure proper functionality

1.1.3.1 Replace two old Bosh DVR’s with one Bosch IP7000 NVR, supports up to 64 IP cameras, pre-licensed), Bosch Video Management System software included, 8 Tb HDD Storage; Bosch 8 channel expansion software for 7000 Series NVR's
1.1.3.2 Replace 24 Bosch analog cameras with cameras IP cameras provided by government
1.1.3.3 Relocate video rack cabinet with server to ventilated closet in same room
1.1.4 Building 1691
1.1.4.1 Replace two old Bosh DVR’s with one Bosch IP7000 NVR, supports up to 64 IP cameras, pre-licensed), Bosch Video Management System software included, 8 Tb HDD Storage; Bosch 8 channel expansion software for 7000 Series NVR's
1.1.4.2 Replace 20 Bosch analog cameras with cameras IP cameras provided by government
1.1.5 Building 1692
1.1.5.1 Replace two old Bosh DVR’s with one Bosch IP7000 NVR, supports up to 64 IP cameras, pre-licensed), Bosch Video Management System software included, 8 Tb HDD Storage; Bosch 8 channel expansion software for 7000 Series NVR's
1.1.5.2 Replace 20 Bosch analog cameras with cameras IP cameras provided by government
2. OVER AND ABOVE. Over and Above Work is defined as work discovered during the course of performing repair efforts that is within the general scope of the contract but not covered by the task items above for the basic work under this contract and are necessary in order to satisfactorily complete the contract.
2.1. Contractor must identify required work and recommend corrective action during contract performance. The contractor must submit a work request to identify the over and above work and, as appropriate, the Government authorizes the contractor to proceed.
2.2. Work requests shall contain data on the type of discrepancy disclosed, the specific location of the discrepancy, and the estimated labor hour and material costs required to correct the discrepancy. Data shall be sufficient to satisfy contract requirements and obtain the authorization of the Contracting Officer to perform the proposed work.
3. EQUIPMENT NEEDED:
3.1. 180 DEGREE CAMERA. Bosch Flexidome IP Panoramic Camera, 180 Degree Coverage, 12 MP, item # NIN-70122-F1 (Or EQUAL)
3.2. DVR. Bosch DIVAR 7000 Series Network Video Recorder, supports up to 128 cameras, 12 TB HDD Storage, item # DIP-7183-4HD (OR EQUAL)
3.3. NETWORK SWITCH. TrendNet 24 Port Gigabit Network Switch, PoE, item # TQ-TPE224WS (OR EQUAL)
3.4. NETWORK SWITCH. TrendNet 4 Port Gigabit Network Switch, PoE+, item # TQ-TPETG50G (OR EQUAL)
3.5. MISCELLANEOUS. Cables, connectors, hardware, etc…
3.6. TECHNICAL SERVICE. Run all necessary wiring, install above equipment, make all final wiring connections, perform initial system programming and startup, check out and test equipment for proper operation and instruct owner’s personnel on operation of system
4. OTHER REQUIREMENTS.
4.1. QUALITY CONTROL. Contractor shall develop and maintain a quality program to ensure services are performed in accordance with commonly accepted commercial practices for security equipment maintenance.
4.2. QUALITY ASSURANCE. The government will evaluate the contractor’s performance each time service is performed. The contractor must demonstrate that the requested work was performed before the government quality assurance (QA) representative will authorize payment of services.
4.3. CONTRACTOR PERSONNEL. The Contractor shall identify to the Contracting Officer (CO), a Program Management point of contact and a Technical point of contact that have full authority to act on behalf of the Contractor on all operational aspects of the contract.
4.3.1. Contractor personnel shall present a neat and professional appearance and be easily recognized as contract employees. This may be accomplished by wearing clothing bearing the name of the company or by wearing appropriate badges, which displays the company name and employee's name.
4.3.2. The Contractor shall ensure that employees possess a current and valid driver's license and current vehicle insurance before obtaining permission to enter JB Andrews.
4.3.3. At contract award, the Contractor shall submit a written list of employees working under the contract to the CO and QA. Once the list is submitted, the Contractor will notify the CO and the QA of any staff changes when they occur and shall update the list of its employees as needed. Provide the following information on each employee entering the base:

4.4. HOURS OF OPERATION. Work shall be performed Monday through Friday between the hours of 7:30 a.m. through 4:30 p.m., excluding holidays:

4.5. CERTIFICATION OF EMPLOYEES. The Contractor shall furnish the Contracting Officer a letter certifying that all employees who will be performing the service on JB Andrews UH Campus are qualified to service security systems and equipment, and are experienced technicians with Bosch Video Security system components.
4.6. Current locations and locations of new cameras to be installed are located on the building site plan attachments 1 through 6 to this SOW.
