Answer: Lead technician is always required to be present onsite per the PWS with no additional compensation.

Section 8.1.2. Emergency – Second sentence states: “…make the needed minor repairs (NTE

Question: Can JB Andrews provide a set number of calls to be used by all bidders, so that when included in pricing we are comparing apples to apples.

o (eg: if we estimate 10 calls per year, we would include a $1,000 estimate for “…parts per barrier per call”. However, another bidder might estimate only 2 calls per year, which would be only $200 added for “…parts per barrier per call”.)

Answer: IGE is built on 12 Monthly PM’s per barrier, And estimated 40 Routine and 10 Emergency service calls annually. The $100 for parts is already included in the Firm Fixed Price of the Service Call.

“…make the needed minor repairs (NTE $100 for parts per barrier per call) and/or…”.

Question: Can JB Andrews provide a set number of calls to be used by all bidders, so that when included in pricing we are comparing apples to apples.

o (eg: if we estimate 20 calls per year, we would include a $2,000 estimate for “…parts per barrier per call”. However, another bidder might estimate only 5 calls per year, which would be only $500 added for “…parts per barrier per call”.)
