AJXF-18-1563 HVAC REPAIR & FIRE SUPPRESSION

The purpose of Amendment 0001 is as follows:

1. To incorporate the HVAC and Fire Suppression Drawings

2. To establish a Request for Information (RFI) due date of 21 July 2020 by 3:00PM Eastern

(EST).

3. To extend the proposal due date from 21 July 2020 to 28 July 2020 by 11:59PM Eastern. All other terms and conditions remain unchanged.

Questions.

a. All questions regarding this solicitation must be submitted in writing, in Microsoft Word format, and shall be emailed to the points of contact listed in the paragraph above. Request for Information

(RFI) regarding the solicitation must be received by 21 JULY 2020, 3:00 PM EST. Any questions submitted after this date will not be answered. 316 CONS/PKA assumes no responsibility for non-delivery due to problems with email servers, and no extensions will be granted for these issues.

RFI responses will be posted on https://beta.sam.gov on 24 July 2020. PROPOSALS ARE DUE 28

JULY 2020 by 11:59PM.

b. To ensure all Offerors have availability to information at the same time, questions received and subsequent answers will be posted to the Contract Opportunities website https://beta.sam.gov. It is the responsibility of potential offerors to continuously monitor the site for updates. Failure of a prospective

Offeror to submit any questions or attend the pre-proposal conference(s) and site visit(s) will be construed to mean that the prospective Offeror fully understands all requirements of the solicitation.

Proposal Submittals: Please submit your low price proposal no later than 28 JULY 2020 to the POCs listed above. Proposals must be submitted electronically. No hard copy proposals will be accepted. Late proposals will not be accepted.
