Q22. Does the cover page and table of contents count against the page count in the response? Does the resumes count against the page count?
A22. No. Under Addendum 52-212-1, General Information, Item 4; In addition the offer shall submit at least one resume but no more than two (2) resumes for each proposal personnel. Resumes shall be no longer than six (6) pages.
Q23. There is a six (6) page limit to the technical proposal. We assume that is just for the technical approach. Is there a page limit for the price proposal?
A23. Under Addendum 52.212-1, General Information, Item 3: Price Proposal to include the complete cost imputed in CLINS 0001 to 2001. The offeror shall also complete blocks 12, 17a, 17b, 30a, 30b and 30c of the Standard Form 1449. In doing so, the offeror accedes to the contract terms and conditions as written in the RFP. This RFP constitutes the model contract. The offeror shall acknowledge all amendments and complete the necessary fill-ins and certifications in provisions 52.212-3 and return in their entirety with proposals. The Government contemplates incorporating the price proposal into any resulting contract.
Q24. Due to the requirement to accept the responsibility of equipment that needs repair or replacement due to the incumbent’s negligence, it is difficult to price this opportunity. As such, we assume the government will go into negotiations with the successful offeror. How does the government plan to handle the requirement for the offeror to hold the prices in their offer firm for 60 calendar days from the due date if we can’t properly price this opportunity?
A24. Through negotiations Q25. Per pg. 29 of the RFP the statement “technical proposal shall, be no more than six (6) pages…double spaced” does this “double spaced” also apply to content in table formats? Can one apply single space within a table?
A25. It does not need to be double spaced. Single space within the table is sufficient
