About this file

This document is a Statement of Objectives (SOO) for the Tactical Autonomy Digital Test Environment (TA-DTE) at Eglin AFB. The SOO specifies the requirements for installing security blue lights, making electrical upgrades, and installing Unistrut rack assemblies to prepare the TA-DTE facility for tactical autonomy flight tests. The key requirements include performing a site survey, installing 8 security blue lights with a dedicated switch, adding 18 quadraplex receptacles with dedicated circuits, and installing 3 Unistrut rack assemblies. The contractor must provide testing, documentation, and training as part of the deliverables. The related federal contract opportunity is a solicitation (FA282324QA017) for the RSS 3 Electrical Upgrades project, where quotes must meet the technical requirements of the SOO to be considered valid. The award will be made using best value determination criteria considering technical capability, past performance, and price.
