STATEMENT OF WORK

FOR

1. SCOPE:

The project is located at Eglin AFB, Florida, 33rd Fighter Wing, building 1417. The Clean Products Inc. parts washer model HD-4848-HP-SS that is currently installed in building 1417 requires removal/transport/disposal. The contractor is responsible for all labor and equipment associated with removing and transporting the old Clean Products Inc. parts washer model HD- 4848-HP-SS. The replacement StingRay 3032 Aircraft Wheel Washer or equal product requires purchase and installation. The new aircraft wheel washer equipment should be sized to operate on the existing electrical circuit to the current parts washer. The current circuit is 480 volts, 3-phase, fed from panel P4 in room 211 and is protected by a 100 amp circuit breaker. The circuit consists of 3 #1 power conductors plus a #8 ground in 1.5” conduit terminating in a 100 amp non-fused disconnect. The current aircraft parts washer is then fed from this disconnect. If the new aircraft parts washer equipment can’t use the existing circuit, then it is the contractor’s responsibility to properly size and install the required circuit components to power the new equipment from panel P4 in room 211. This new StingRay 3032 Aircraft Parts Washer or equal product will be installed in the same location as the existing The Clean Products Inc. parts washer model HD-4848-HP-SS, therefore, the old aircraft wheel washer must be removed first.

The contractor is responsible for all labor and equipment associated with the transport and installation of the new StingRay 3032 Aircraft Wheel Washer or equal product. Tooling required for removal of the old parts washer and install of the new parts washer will not be provided by the 33rd MXS. All previously mentioned expenses must be included and itemized in the contractor bid.
