Request for Information 9 September 2013

Question: 1. What is the manufacture type of generator that is being replaced?

Response: Onan

Question: 2. Please provide the Fuel Capacity or estimated Run Time required for the new Generator.

Response: Provide 13 hours of run time for a 100% standby load.

3. Amendment 1 states e-mailed quote is acceptable. Please confirm this is correct and that 1 e-mailed bid package is acceptable.

Response: Yes, proposals can be hand carried, mailed or emailed to Velmandria.sylvester@us.af.mil.

Please include the solicitation number FA2823-13-R-4016 in the subject for all email correspondence.

4. Please confirm that a bid bond is not required and that only Performance and payment bond is required.

Response: No, a bid bond is not required. Yes, Performance and payment bonds are required.

5. Can concrete be used to patch back asphalt cut from the new Generator to the exterior wall.

Response: Yes, use concrete

6. Is the existing Generator operational and if it is can it be removed prior to the new Generator arriving.

Response: Existing generator is not in working order and therefore it can be removed prior to the new generator arriving.
