About this file

This is a Combined Synopsis/Solicitation for a sole source small business set-aside contract for Westnet First-in Alerting and Dispatch System Maintenance for the 50th Civil Engineering Squadron Fire Department at Schriever Space Force Base. The solicitation (FA255025Q0039) is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ) with a response deadline of 6 August 2025 at 1400 Mountain Standard Time, targeting electrical contractors within the NAICS code 238210 with a small business size standard of $19,000,000.

The government intends to award the contract to the most advantageous responsible offeror, with evaluation based equally on two factors: Technical Approach/Capability and Price. Vendors must submit a Firm Fixed Price quote via email to the points of contact, SSgt Jacob Hiatt and A1C David Anderson, including detailed information such as company details, technical description, pricing, and warranty terms. The solicitation indicates the government plans to make an award without discussions, though it reserves the right to conduct exchanges if deemed necessary, with the lowest-priced technically acceptable offeror receiving the contract.
