Is there an incumbent contractor currently providing these services? If so, could you share any details about the incumbent?
This is a commodity delivery with incidental services and not a service contract, therefore there is no incumbent.

Regarding the delivery timeline, the solicitation document mentions a 30 calendar days delivery schedule from the date of award receipt, while the Statement of Objectives (SOO) states six weeks after receipt of order. Can you confirm which delivery timeline is correct?
It will be IAW the SOO, see amendment 1 for updated deliver to the solicitation document.
We assume the date of receipt of order refers to the date when the formal purchase of materials is made by the contractor. Please correct us if this interpretation is incorrect.
The receipt of order will be the day the government delivers the finalize order form containing the Contracting Officer signature to the vendor.
Are these mattresses intended to be placed on box springs?
o If so, using a mattress on an old box spring it may void the warranty. Could you specify what foundation these mattresses will be placed on, age of foundation, and condition of foundation? If they are placed on a platform, could you confirm if the platform has slats, and if so, how far apart the slats are and whether they are solid wood? For the warranty to be valid, the mattresses need to be placed on a solid foundation or a frame with appropriate slats.
We have metal twinXL bedframes with drawers underneath that we recently purchased and installed in 2021. They have an area dedicated to seating the mattresses, specifically sized for twinXL mattresses.
Could you inform us of the specific type of document that should be created in WAWF if we are awarded the contract?
WAWF instructions will be provided with the award document.
Will upfront costs be provided by the Government upon award and our service fee paid upon the project's completion?
