Education Advisor and Tester – QUESTIONS AND ANSWERS, Pt.2

1) Question: Why is this listed in units if its for regular scheduled services to be performed? Why not a total number of hours so it is clear, concise and creates a mutual understanding (level playing field when evaluating price)?

Answer: This contract was originally done around 10 years ago and we have been consistent in this process ever since. We’re comfortable with the “units.” Additionally, the planning docs all reference the units.

2) Question: What is considered technically acceptable?

Answer: In the updated provisions and clauses, it states, ‘Technical Capability - Explain the capabilities the company can provide for each position (Past Performance is not required and will not be evaluated).’

This will assist the Government in determining if a company was 1) able to understand The requirement and 2) if the company is capable of meeting and fulfilling the tasks listed in the SOW.

3) Question: Would it be possible to provide a 1- or 2-day extension on this requirement?

Answer: We understand that COVID-19 has affected everyone, but due to time constraints, we are unable to extend this solicitation.
