Contractors must supply their own items to complete the performance in a timely fashion such as forklifts and respectively gain entry access for these items or vehicles in advance of the performance event. The government additionally requests an execution plan on how the contractor intends to complete the performance which will be evaluated prior to award. Plan must show ownership or quotes for estimates of required items and services to be subcontracted.

6. All fence panels are to be in good working condition. Legs should not be bent, broken, or missing. Overall appearance of barricades/fence should be clean and professional in appearance in the colors of grey, silver, or white. The contractor will submit fence items proposed as part of the RFQ submission subject to government evaluation for appropriate fit to the marathon event.

7. All contractors working on site or entering the Cape in any capacity must be US

Citizens and may not have any felonies on record, otherwise they will not be allowed on base. Contractor is responsible for providing personnel eligible to work on government installations and capable of completing a background check with local security forces to obtain base clearance and access. Access request should be submitted NLT than 3 weeks in advance of actual base entry. Additional time will

NOT be provided in the event that provided personnel are unable to gain base entry. It is the contractor’s responsibility to preemptively verify capability of their personnel to pass a background check. See Attachment 2 – Badge Request for personnel submission requirements. Submission is not required until an award is made. It is suggested the contractor once awarded works access requests as soon as possible for the duration of the contract performance.
