About this file

This is a Questions and Answers document for solicitation FA252126QB043, a portable restroom rental requirement issued by the Department of the Air Force Space Command at Patrick Space Force Base. The requirement is for rental of a two-stall portable restroom trailer with an estimated usage of nine personnel, to be delivered and installed by 4 May 2026. The designated installation area is prepared and leveled for placement, with a water spigot available within 80 feet and a 120V/20A power outlet available within 70 feet of the site. Government personnel will be available onsite during delivery and installation, and a site map is provided with the solicitation documents.

Service requirements include once-weekly maintenance and servicing, with no anticipated fluctuations in personnel usage during the performance period. The contract includes a base period with two one-month option periods, exercisable upon completion of a construction project scheduled for end of 2026. All contractor personnel and vehicles requiring Patrick Space Force Base access must comply with installation security requirements, including background checks and REAL ID-compliant identification for unescorted entry. Quotes must be submitted in PDF or Word format to the provided contracting officer email addresses. Invoicing will be submitted via WAWF according to the contract's CLIN structure with standard Net 30 payment terms, and supporting documentation requirements are outlined in the WAWF clause. No incumbent pricing or government budget estimate has been provided.
