About this file

This document is an amendment to a Combined Synopsis Solicitation (FA252125QB182) for an Omni-directional Antenna. The amendment provides a detailed response to a technical clarification question from an engineering team regarding antenna specifications. The key technical detail is that the antenna assembly consists of two separate antennas split across two frequency bands: an SMA connector covering 500 MHz – 18 GHz and a K-type connector covering 18 GHz – 40 GHz. The document confirms that both types of connectors are required due to the specific frequency range split, and all other terms and conditions of the original solicitation remain unchanged.

Text version

The purpose of this amendment is to provide responses to questions and answers to FA252125QB182 Omni-directional Antenna as stated below.

All terms and conditions remain the same.

The following are responses to questions for the subject Combined Synopsis Solicitation

Questions 1:

Our Engineering Team had a question regarding the requirement to include both K-type and SMA connectors.

Can you clarify if the assembly will consist of two antennas and that will split the frequency band?

Answer 1:

The requirement to included both K-type and SMA connectors due to the antenna assembly slit up into two frequency band: SMA connector for (500 MHz – 18 GHz) and K-type connector for (18 GHz – 40 GHz)

Yes, it consists of two antennas, and it split up the frequency band: (500 MHz – 18 GHz) and (18 GHz – 40 GHz)
