Key technical requirements include: external steel rigging must be 3" x 3", 7-gauge steel mounted to the load-bearing portion of container sidewalls, bumper plates designed specifically for outdoor use, barbells rated for Olympic-style lifting, and integrated lockable storage. Partial bids are not acceptable, and the contractor must provide unloading means for the locker.
