Question 10. Since the two amendments that have been posted are not on the official amendment document, are these to still be noted in the SF1442 response document?

Answer 10. The SF30s for Amendment 1 and 2 have been posted to FBO effective 1 Aug 2018.

Question 12. In Amendment 2 Q&A, the response to Question 6 about CD-ROMs said, “Answer 6. Each volume shall be submitted in electronic format. All reference to CD- ROMs have been removed. Please submit electronically only. Section L will be amended to reflect this change.” However, Section L-3 still makes references to binders, printing, binding, and labeling.

Can the Government confirm AMRDEC submittal?

Answer 12. All reference to paper copy, binders, printing, and labeling have been removed from Section L. Only electronic copies will be accepted through AMRDEC. IAW Section L revised by Amendment 3.

Question 13. As a follow-up to RFI #7, can the Government please clarify if this solicitation is “Restricted” to firms with a bona fide office in the SBA’s South Florida District?

Answer 13. The SBA South Florida district has restricted this solicitation to South Florida District.

Question 14. In regards to the relevant past performance, how should task order driven type of contracts be listed? Total program or individual task orders?

Answer 14. If the total program is evaluated in CPARS, then you would submit based on the total program. If the evaluations are performed per task order then you would submit the individual task order. It is the Contracting Officer’s discretion on how the contract is evaluated.
