STATEMENT OF WORK
PROJECT SXHT08-1113, Repair Fuel Cell Vapor Extraction System, Bldg 647
The work to be performed under this project is located at Patrick Air Force Base. The contractor shall provide all labor, materials, equipment, transportation, and supervision to accomplish the following statement of work. All work shall be done in accordance with all local building codes, and the requirements contained in the J2 plans and specifications, dated February 2011.
Contractor work hours shall be 0730 to 1630, Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays. Should it become necessary for work to be accomplished during weekends and holidays, the contractor is to provide written notification 72 hours prior to the desired days.
Scope:
The work to be performed under this project consists of providing the labor, equipment and materials to repair the fuel vapor extraction system at the fuel cell, Bldg 647.
Mechanical: Demolition and replacement of existing ventilation system for the modified fuel cell dock located in hanger 647 to include exhaust fans, controls, ductwork, hangers, supports and wiring.
Electrical: Demolish power and controllers for existing exhaust fans. Provide power and new controllers for new exhaust fans and HVAV equipment. Remove existing panel MPA and replace with new. Demolish existing fire alarm fan shutdown relays. Install new fire alarm fan shutdown relays that are activated by the fire alarm system.
