STATEMENT OF WORK (SOW) FOR 21 OPERATIONS GROUP/OPERATION SUPPORT

UPGRADE OF AIRFIELD DIGITAL RECORDER

SECTION 1 – DESCRIPTION OF SERVICES
1.1. Performance Requirements
1.1.1 General: This is a requirement to upgrade the airfield operations digital recorder system currently installed at airfield management (base operations) Bldg 122. The new system will significantly enhance operations with additional features to upgrade phone lines from analog to digital. This will add greater flexibility to retain important call when section is unmanned.
Additionally, the system will make transition to VOIP seamless. The installed digital recorder system shall have the following performance requirements: 12 to 24 analog recording channels, 12 to 16 digital recording channels, 12 to 16 VoIP recording channels, 2 to 24 TB of storage space, visual interface and rack mountable.
1.1.2 Description of Services/Introduction:
The contractor shall be responsible for the planning, purchasing and installation of all materials in addition to the requirements outlined in this section:
- Coordinate with Airfield Management Work Center POC for details of installation
- Install new system with digital communications recording capability
- Cut over new and remove older phone lines
- Upon conclusion of the installation the contractor shall, test, train and turn over new system
- Coordinate equipment and installation plans with the 21st Comm Squadron key personnel during install. A Government representative from 21LRS will facilitate and assist with all coordination and communication required with 21CS during the period of performance.
- Maintenance shall at a minimum be the standard manufacturer and vendor installation warranty.
Please provide warrant details at the conclusion of the installation.

1.1.3 Specific Tasks Required: The Contractor shall install new digital recording equipment that has the capacity to record 24 or more phone lines. The contractor shall ensure connectivity to both
Analog, Avaya Digital, and VoiP services. The contractor shall uninstall old recording device from current configuration in a rack type setup and install new recording system. If determined possible, the contractor may utilize the existing racks to install the new recording system into, if supported by equipment specifications. The contractor shall sever, splice, pull new or reuse already existing
Analog, Avaya Digital, and VoiP service lines to connect to the new recording system. The contractor shall ensure the warranty includes software updates during the life of the contract.
1.2. Work Site Access and Work Hours
1.2.1. Place of Performance: Work under this contract will be performed at the Bldg 122 Airfield
Operations (Base Operations building and airfield) E. Hamilton suite 122, Colorado Springs, CO
80914
1.2.2. Work Site Access: The designated Government representative will grant the Contractor access to the property.
1.2.3. Core Hours of Operation: All work must be performed between the hours of 7:30 am and 5:00 pm, Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays unless otherwise approved in writing by the designated government official.
