FA2517-15-R-5004 Custodial Site Visit Minutes
7 July 2015
0800 – Tina Crosby briefed prospective bidders in attendance at the Peterson AFB Visitor center. Rules of engagement were covered and prospective bidders were notified to hold all questions and present in writing. A total of 6 prospective bidders were in attendance for the site visit, along with 3 Government personnel.
0830 – All prospective bidders in attendance were given a tour of Bldg 2 on PAFB. Areas discussed/viewed were:
Restrooms
Entryways
Cleaning Closets
Command Interest Areas
Stairwells
1030 – All prospective bidders were given a tour of the PAFB fitness center. Areas viewed were:
Basketball Courts
Locker Rooms
Indoor Track
Carpeted Office Areas
1100 - All prospective bidders in attendance were given a tour of Bldg 350 on PAFB. Areas discussed/viewed were:
Stairwells
High Traffic Areas
Corridors
1130 - All prospective bidders in attendance were given a tour of Pete East CDC on PAFB. Areas discussed/viewed were:
Entryways
Classrooms
Corridors
1145-1220 - Lunch at the PAFB BX Food Court
1220 - Tour proceeded to Cheyenne Mountain Air Force Station. A total of 6 prospective bidders were in attendance for the site visit, along with 4 Government personnel.
1250 – Badging request processing at CMAFS. This allowed prospective visitors an opportunity to see the amount of work that goes into the badging process in order to access CMAFS.
1310 - Tour given of the CMAFS fire station and areas located outside the tunnel. Prospective bidders were given an opportunity to view the magnitude of these areas.
1330 – Tour proceeded through the CMAFS tunnel. Prospective bidders were shuttled into the tunnel using the in place shuttle system. Contractor employees will be allowed to use the bus for transportation when executing duties. Additionally, contractors can submit to have vehicles cleared for use to transport supplies into the tunnel.
1400 - Prospective bidders were given a tour of the interior areas of CMAFS

Stairwells
Break Areas
1545 – Begin return to PAFB visitor’s center
1610 – Return to PAFB Visitor center. Thanked those in attendance and reiterated that all questions are to be submitted in writing NLT 12 July 2015, 4:00 P.M. local time.
