About this file
This document is a Questions and Answers (Q&A) file for the Assessment of Sensing-Autonomy Sensor Exploitation Technologies (ASSET) solicitation. The Air Force is seeking a single award contract with an estimated $95M in funding, which is a follow-on to the previous MEAMS contract. Key details include that the technical proposal is limited to 30 pages, with attachments such as prior work experience, equipment descriptions, base support information, and personnel resumes not counting against the page limit. The work can be performed onsite at a government SCIF, offsite at a contractor SCIF, or in a combination of locations.
The solicitation is part of the Autonomous Decisions, Algorithms, and Modeling (ADAM) Multiple Authority Announcement, with the primary objective of providing the Department of the Air Force with comprehensive tools to model, analyze, assess, and predict mission-level effects across air, ground, space, and cyber domains. The government will provide access to the current development environment and computing resources. Respondents will not be penalized for leaving non-required fields blank, such as LinkedIn profiles, and no specific Industry Day was held for this solicitation, though some work was discussed during a previous industry event.
