About this file
This is a Combined Synopsis/Solicitation (RFQ FA480926Q0012) issued by the Department of the Air Force, 4th Fighter Wing at Seymour Johnson Air Force Base, North Carolina, for preventative maintenance services of Monaco Enterprises fire alarm systems. The solicitation is not a full and open competition and seeks quotes for technical service labor, engineering support, and associated travel and materials expenses across a base year plus four option years and a six-month extension. The period of performance runs from January 25, 2026, through January 24, 2031, with an optional six-month extension through July 23, 2031. Quotes must be submitted by 5:00 p.m. Eastern Standard Time on Thursday, January 22, 2026.
The bid schedule itemizes labor-hour requirements for technician services (84 hours annually for primary technician work, 20 hours for secondary technician work), engineer hourly labor (16 hours annually), and project manager support (10 hours annually), with each year requiring two visits. Vendors must also price travel expenses covering travel, per diem, and vehicle costs for two trips annually, plus ancillary onsite materials, equipment rental, fuel, and parking for each visit. The six-month extension option scales these requirements to half-year levels. Vendors must provide company name, point of contact information, DUNS number, CAGE code, estimated delivery time, payment terms, and warranty information. Award will be made to the responsible vendor offering the best value based on technical acceptability, past performance and experience, and fair and reasonable pricing, with technical and past performance equally weighted. All vendors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM.gov) and provide financial institution references for capability verification.
