MEMORANDUM FOR RECORD
FROM: 375 CONS/PKB1
201 E WINTERS DR. BLDG 50
SCOTT AFB IL 62225-5015
SUBJECT: Extension of Due Dates for PR#F3S3523115A001 FY23 WWTP BOILER REPAIR
1. The purpose of this memorandum is to explain the reason for the due dates being extended for both the Requests for Information and Quotes for the RFQ specified in the subject line that is posted on sam.gov.
2. Up to this point, we have yet to be able to determine a quote to be priced as fair and reasonable on our sam.gov listing; therefore, it is in the best interest of the government to extend the quote due date until a quote that can be determined price fair and reasonable is received.
3. The new quote due date will be 8 September (Friday) 2023 @ 10:00.
3. This change in due date has moved the RFI due date to 5 September 2023 (Tuesday) @ 13:00
PM.
4. Questions regarding this memo should be directed to Nicholas “Dillon” Weiss at nicholas.weiss.5@us.af.mil or 618-531-6066.
