3. Is this a base with option years or just one year?
This is just a one year contract
4. Should the SCA labor category of 01020 – Administrative Assistant be used, or can another SCA category be used?
You can bid in any category if you read the clause it's for Information Only it is not a Wage Determination.
5. Is a resume required to be submitted with the proposal?
Yes resumes are required with proposals.
6. Has any consideration been given to obtaining this contracted work through a Sole Source?
This is not a Sole Source requirement.
7. In Paragraph 7.6 of the SOW it only says the contractor will be provided "Office work keys, supplies and badge" - it does not reflect that the contractor will be provided office space, a desk, computer, etc - do we have to provide this to the employee and if so will they be working on or off-site?
The contractor will be provided office space, a desk, computer, etc, on base
8. Within the Wage Rates that was distributed with the combined synopsis/solicitation was a specific Occupation Code and Duty Title selected for this position?

Questions 2
1. Is the contractor required to provide a replacement employee when the primary is out due to vacation or illness?
No, unless extended periods of absence (two weeks or more)
2. Should the number of hours being quoted be reduced from 2080 due to time out for Federal Holidays and vacation?
Yes, the amount of hours that should be bid on is now 1920.
3. In previous question responses, the Government stated that the current employee does not have to be retained. Is the existing contract an SCA contract? This is pertinent because if so, we must give first right of refusal to the incumbent employee.
Question & Answers 1, 2 and 10 have been removed. This is a new requirment based on the scope of work, so there is no incumbant.
Questions 3
1. The Revised Question and Answers dated Aug 8, 2012 states hours to be quoted have been reduced from 2080 to 1936. If the contractor is not required to work ten (10) holidays (per para 4.2 of the SOW) and is allowed to take two weeks of annual leave (per para 4.3 of the SOW), shouldn't the hours quoted now be 1920?
