A: Can the government confirm if the proposal is for 12 or for 17 sunshades? 17 B: If there are more sunshades to be installed during the performance of this contract will that be a CO based on the Unit of Issue. No sunshades will be added. There is a plan to demolish existing unserviceable ones and replace with the same quantity.

C: On the unit of issue shouldn’t it be quarterly not monthly?

There are more than I type and manufacturer of the sunshades, different sizes, materials, and equipment requirements. Should the pricing sheet be separated per type of sunshade?

Items like torque, excessive movement, and improper installation items identified on the PWS 2.1 require the information that we are assessing to.

Yes, this will be uploaded to SAM.gov Question 8:

Does the government have baseline inspection and deficiency report they can provide for all sunshades.

CLIN 002 from the price list asks for a lot price for "unscheduled urgent" repairs. How are we to go about calculating costs for unforeseen circumstances?

The Government will determine this amount at contract award.

Question 10:

CLIN 003 from the price list asks for a lot price for "replacement parts". As we would not be able to ascertain what replacement parts are required prior to initial inspections, how would we quantify this for the bid?
