Questions and Answers (QnA)

For the following:

“3.1 Clean-up and haul away of waste to include the preexisting furniture that is not identified for reutilization (Desks, Chairs, etc.).

3.2 Provide dump slips for all disposed furniture items identified by the customer.

Would you be able to state quantities/sizes of what is being removed and from what rooms? Also, what are the quantities of draperies that will be installed and what are their locations?

Please refer to “Attachment 4 – Pictures” for a better understanding of the furniture to be removed. Please disregard “3.3 Patch existing mounting bracket screw holes and ensure secure mounting of draperies” stated on “Attachment 1 – SOW”, please refer to “Attachment 2 – Items List” for required items (99 CONS).

I would like to know if the furniture can be made of wood laminate, or if it must be constructed from hardwood?

Please see the break-down below.

Can you please send me pictures of all of the offices and furniture that will be removed?

Please refer to “Attachment 4 - Pictures” on the solicitation (99 CONS).

Regarding the furniture, half the rooms are specified with wood furniture, is this a requirement or will those offices accept Laminate furniture?

Please see the break-down below.

Are you only looking for solid wood pieces for the executive offices and not the alternative material with traditional style laminate? The answer will vary by office:
