Q: When would the bids be able to be placed by?

A: You can place bids from now to 08/01/25 11:00am.

Q: Are there possibly other drawings to look at, regarding the placement of these systems? Or any drawings? I have the specifications with the dimensions and other information. But figured to ask if there were drawings/ floor plans available.

A: The Floor plans are on page 4 for room 158 and page 8 for room 144 on the Statement of Work attachment. Are these drawings insufficient?

Q: Are there any other contacts I have missed, to also reach out to?

A: There are not any other Rolling Shelves requirements being solicited as of 07/23/25.

Q: Are we delivering and installing all 3 systems at the same time?

A: Yes, all 3 systems will be installed at the same time.

Q: Is there a loading dock or forklift on site to off-load the truck?

A: No loading dock on site, with prior notice a forklift can be reserved from LRS

Q: Is there a dumpster on site?

A: We do have a dumpster for everyday garbage. A roll-off for construction waste may have to be requested if the additional waste from the project gets excessive.

Q: Is there staging near rooms 158 & 144 to place our materials during installation?

A: Yes, the hall area outside of the room.

Q: Do any of the rolling shelves require a back panel?

A: The end panels will need to be closed off for security and tool/item control.
