*** TOTAL

COST

* For line item 2, provide unit price(s) to five decimal places, i.e., $X.XXXXX.

** For price evaluation purposes, a total evaluated price (TEP) will be used based on the sum of all line items for each respective year. The same quantities are to be used to determine extended amounts for each year, base year and option years.

*** Enter total costs for respective extended amount column.

The estimated quantities listed in each Pricing Schedule line item are shown for information and evaluation purposes only, to determine the low offeror, and are not guaranteed to be ordered. The dollar amount ordered shall not exceed the amount specified as the maximum contract amount ($4M for the life of the contract). The maximum amount may be accrued during one or more contract periods.

MINIMUM/MAXIMUM CONTRACT AMOUNT: The guaranteed minimum amount under this contract which will be initiated by one or more task orders, will not be less than $5,000.00 for the life of the contract. The maximum contract amount is $2,000,000.00 for the life of the contract. If the Government’s requirements for services set forth in the solicitation do not result in task orders in the amount described as the “maximum,” it shall not constitute the basis for an equitable adjustment under this contract.

The contract period is a base year of 12 months from the date of award with 4 one-year option periods, if exercised.

ARITHMETIC DISCREPANCIES:

1. For the purpose of initial evaluation of offers, the following will be utilized in resolving arithmetic discrepancies found on the face of the bid schedule (Section B) as submitted by offerors:

a. Obviously misplaced decimal points will be corrected;

b. In case of discrepancy between unit price and extended price, the unit price will govern;

c. Apparent errors in extension of unit prices will be corrected; and

d. Apparent errors in addition of extended amounts will be corrected.

2. For the purpose of proposal evaluation, the Government will proceed on the assumption that the offeror intends his/her proposal to be evaluated on the basis of the unit prices, the totals arrived at by resolution of arithmetic discrepancies as provided above and the offer will be so reflected on the abstract of offers

3. These correction procedures shall not be used to resolve any ambiguity concerning which proposal is low.

4. If a modification to a proposal based on unit prices is submitted, which provides for a lump sum adjustment to the total estimated cost, the application of the lump sum adjustment to each unit price in the bid schedule must be clearly stated.

5. Offerors must bid on all line items.

6. Cost attributable to Specification Sections 1A and 1B are assumed to be prorated among line items listed in price schedule.
