Quesons & Answers

3 April 2024

1. One of the pictures is an overhead view (atachment 3) with a yellow outline which seems to carve out the area around the electrical panels and I assume to be the area in which we have to build? Is this correct?

Yes. The area in yellow is the area the installer has available for the installaon. The area in the southeast corner (lower right) is where the electrical panels are. Per the NEC, a three (3) foot space is required between the wireway and the structure.

2. Apparently, you changed the length of the booth from approximately 43’ to a minimum of 25’. Is that the working depth or the total depth? The exhaust filter area takes up about 4’ at the rear of the booth. Would 30’ be adequate?

The minimum working depth would be 25’. A working depth of 30’ would be more than sufficient provided the other dimension is 20’ or greater.

3. You stated the mix room cannot be more than 150 square-foot. I assume that does not include the clean room, which is atached to it. The clean room was requested by your personnel, if not required please let me know.

Per the regulaons, the mix-room cannot be more than 150 square feet. Since the clean room is a separate room, this square footage is not to be included in that calculaon. The clean room will be eight

(8) feet by nine (9) feet (This addion has been added to the SOW and is highlighted in red).
