1. Is this a new requirement?
No, it is not a new requirement.
2. Who currently holds the contract? Can I get the contract #, company name and contract?

3. I did not see an attached form SF1449. Do you require that we complete this form for bid submission?
No, the SF1449 is the actual contract awarded.
4. Is this requirement considered a Service Contract Act (SCA) position?
SCA will not apply.
5. The PWS states that the contractor must be available at least three hours per day for five days per week for testing. Does the three hours per day include admin support time or is the three hours just for testing oversight?
It does include administrative time. Please be advised that the Performance Work
Statement (PWS) states "each session approximately three hours in length".
6. Can we offer the current incumbent the position if we are the successful bidder?
We do not get involved in a contractor’s hiring process that would be something that is decided between your company and the incumbent.
7. How many units should pricing be based on? How many days a week will the Test
Administrator work per week?
Please refer to Section 5.0 and 7.0 of the Performance Work Statement (PWS).
8. Does the state of New Mexico have any special taxes?
The New Mexico special taxes are something you would have to research.
9. Where can I locate the wage determination figures for New Mexico?
