Question Government Response

1 Are there any restrictions with wall penetrations in the space?

Wall penetrations in the space must be IAW UFC 3-520-01, FC 4-610- 04F, and any other applicable National, Air Force, State and local building codes and regulations.

2 Who is responsible for wall blocking for the dispalys? Please see Statement of Work, Revision 2.

During the site walk we observed that there is no Power or Data in the correct locaitons. Please verify that all Power and Data will not be moved and we are to use extensions and patch cables to connect to the existing infrastructure.

Confirmed. Current Power and Data locations will not be moved.

In the current SOW the Judge's Bench does not have the abiltiy to preview digital evidence prior to it being displayed on the wall displays. Should this function be added to the system design?

Please see Statement of Work, Revision 2.

The SOW states that we will provide LAN connections at each location.

What is this LAN Connection being used for? During the site walk we did not see enought LAN jacks in the space to accomodate. Will a Network Switch be provided to the AV Contractor to install in the equipment rack?

LAN connections may be used to connect laptops to the Air Force network. There are currently eight (8) LAN jacks in the courtroom.

Network cable jacks will be tested and the Government will be responsible for any unoperational jacks.

During the site walk it was mentioned that there is a recording system which is not called out in the SOW. Please clarify what the recording system is and what Video and Audio Format is required.

Please see Statement of Work, Revision 2.

Please verify that only 1 camera is required in the space? In the use case described in the SOW, a 2nd camera is recomended to be installed at the display at the front of the space for cross examination. The current configuration would not allow the attorney to look at the display (far end participant) and into the camera at the same time.

Please see Statement of Work, Revision 2. The requirement is for one camera.
